Blueberry Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • tbsp oat flour
  • 1/2 block of silken tofu
  • 1 medjool date (or 1 tbsp maple syrup)
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • andful of blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend until combined, pour into a bowl/container, then place in the fridge to set overnight

  2. I topped it with more blueberries
