Blueberry Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- tbsp oat flour
- 1/2 block of silken tofu
- 1 medjool date (or 1 tbsp maple syrup)
- lots of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- andful of blueberries
Preparation
Blend until combined, pour into a bowl/container, then place in the fridge to set overnight
I topped it with more blueberries
