Blueberry Jam Flapjack

Ingredients

  • 200g margarine
  • 170g oats
  • 170g plain flour
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 200g blueberry jam

Preparation

  1. Add the margarine, oats, flour, baking powder and sugar to a mixing bowl. Mix together with your hands until a dough is formed

  2. Grease and line a baking tray and then take 3/4 of the dough and press into the base. Run a spoon over the dough to make sure it is smooth

  3. Spoon the blueberry jam onto the dough and spread evenly

  4. Take the remaining dough and crumble over the top of the cake

  5. Pop in the oven for 30 minutes on 200 degrees
