Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour (add oats to blender & blend very thin)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1-2 cups almond milk (add more liquid if needed)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional for added chocolate flavor)
Preparation
If you do not use a non stick pan you should use a spray oil or vegan butter to avoid the pancakes sticking
Mix all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, together in a bowl
Mix well together until you'll have a good dough mixture
Add the choco chips into the mixture
Stir again
Now, place some large spoonfuls onto the pan
Cook for a few minutes on each side
They should be slightly brown when ready
