Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour (add oats to blender & blend very thin)
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-2 cups almond milk (add more liquid if needed)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional for added chocolate flavor)

Preparation

  1. If you do not use a non stick pan you should use a spray oil or vegan butter to avoid the pancakes sticking

  2. Mix all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, together in a bowl

  3. Mix well together until you'll have a good dough mixture

  4. Add the choco chips into the mixture

  5. Stir again

  6. Now, place some large spoonfuls onto the pan

  7. Cook for a few minutes on each side

  8. They should be slightly brown when ready

  9. Next just ENJOY
