Crunchy Loaded Brownie Bars

Ingredients

For the base

  • 1 packet Macro Mike Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter (Macro Mike powdered PB made thick)
  • Crushed Peanuts

For the top layer

  • 75g Dark Chocolate
  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice Puffs

Preparation

  1. Bake brownie mix according to package directions.

  2. Once cooled, top with peanut butter and peanuts. Put in the fridge.

  3. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil and peanut butter. Stir through rice puffs and pour over the top of brownies. Leave in the fridge to set before slicing.

Storage

  1. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
