Custard Fig Protein Tart with a Frothy Frothyyyy Coffee

Ingredients

  • 50g plain flour
  • 20g @myproteinuk @myvegan vanilla soy isolate
  • 75g unsweetened soy yogurt
  • 200g @alpro vanilla custard
  • 10g tapioca flour (cassava flour/ cornstarch or potato starch)
  • sliced Figs and sprinkle of @natvialiving sweetener

Preparation

  1. Make the base by mixing all of the bits and bobs together and press down into a skillet or a single serve baking dish (my skillet is from amazon 15cm x 3 ) and pop into the oven for 10 mins ✨in the mean time make the filling by heating the custard and stirring in the tapioca flour! ✨ take the base out of the oven and place the custard in! Top with figs and sprinkle over the sweetener! Leave overnight to thicken and heat in the oven for 15 mins in the oven the following morning
