Easy Pumpkin Fritters with Optional Cheese

Ingredients

  • 500 g Hokkaido Pumpkin
  • 2 large Potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g grated Cheese (optional)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Grate the potatoes and pumpkin using a vegetable grater.

  2. Mix in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.

  3. Fry the patties on both sides in a greased pan.

  4. Best served with a yogurt-garlic sauce or ketchup.
