Easy Pumpkin Fritters with Optional Cheese
Ingredients
- 500 g Hokkaido Pumpkin
- 2 large Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g grated Cheese (optional)
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Preparation
Grate the potatoes and pumpkin using a vegetable grater.
Mix in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.
Fry the patties on both sides in a greased pan.
Best served with a yogurt-garlic sauce or ketchup.
