Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • Frozen bananas - 2
  • Mango chunks - 1/4 cup
  • Soy milk - 1/2 cup
  • Coconut cream - 2tbsp
  • Flaxseeds powder - 1tsp
  • Dates pitted - 3
  • Peanut butter- 2 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until nice and creamy texture.

  2. Serve it straight or add some crunch of cereals top like you see in the picture and enjoy.
