Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats, blended into flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup nondairy milk – i use unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp vegan dark chocolate chips – i like the @lilys_sweets stevia-sweetened vegan chips

Preparation

  1. In a microwave safe mug or bowl (it'll puff slightly while cooking, so make sure the bowl or mug isn't so small that it'll overflow), mix the oat flour, cocoa powder, and stevia

  2. Add the applesauce, nondairy milk, and vegan chocolate chips, and mix thoroughly

  3. Microwave for 2 minutes, sprinkle with a few more chocolate chips, and enjoy!
