Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mash the bananas really well ? Mash in the eggs

  2. Add the dry ingredients & mix well

  3. Pan fry 1 tablespoon of mix at a time in little oil on a low-medium heat. Flip once you see bubbles and fry on the other side for 2 mind. Careful not to burn them. Enjoy with berries, honey, chocolate, nuts & seed sprinkles ? if you prefer smooth pancakes, throw it all into a blender and blend to smooth - but it’s definitely more fun to mash
