Salad with Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • creamy potato salad
  • 200 g of cooked potatoes
  • 2 tbsp of mustard
  • 1 tbsp of agave syrup (or date paste)
  • a splash of soy milk
  • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Mix all your ingredients except for the potatoes in a bowl and mix well. Cut your poaching in bite size chunks and mix through your dressing and that's already it. You can add finely chopped spring onions and some nuts for extra flavor

  2. Serve on its own, or do it like me and serve it on top of a salad
