  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 medium red potatoes
  • 4 small bok choy stalks
  • 2 cups spinach ?seasonings:
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp basil
  • 1/2 tbsp thyme
  • 3 shakes paprika
  • 1 shake nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Pepper to taste ?Topped with hummus (which I ended up stirring in ?omg good) ?Serve and enjoy! ?My tastes buds are still dancing over the flavor ??? I hope yours do too
