- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 2 medium red potatoes
- 4 small bok choy stalks
- 2 cups spinach ?seasonings:
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tbsp basil
- 1/2 tbsp thyme
- 3 shakes paprika
- 1 shake nutmeg
Preparation
Pepper to taste ?Topped with hummus (which I ended up stirring in ?omg good) ?Serve and enjoy! ?My tastes buds are still dancing over the flavor ??? I hope yours do too
