Homemade Vegan Snickers

Ingredients

  • 4 dl oats
  • 2 dl cashews
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 10 dates
  • a sprinkle of salt
  • second layer:
  • 2 dl salty peanuts
  • 0,5 dl coconut milk
  • 0,5 dl agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • chocolate layer:
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Start with blending the cashews and oats in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a dough. Press into a form

  2. Pour the peanuts on top of the dough and spread them out equally

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to a pot and stir on medium heat until everything is melted

  4. Pour the sauce on top of the peanuts and dough

  5. Let the bars sit in the freezer for a few hours or over night before dipping them in chocolate

  6. Melt the chocolate in a pot together with coconut oil

  7. Cut the bars into pieces and dip them in the chocolate

  8. Let the chocolate harden and then, enjoy
