Homemade Vegan Snickers
Ingredients
- 4 dl oats
- 2 dl cashews
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 10 dates
- a sprinkle of salt
- second layer:
- 2 dl salty peanuts
- 0,5 dl coconut milk
- 0,5 dl agave syrup
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- chocolate layer:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
Start with blending the cashews and oats in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a dough. Press into a form
Pour the peanuts on top of the dough and spread them out equally
Add the rest of the ingredients to a pot and stir on medium heat until everything is melted
Pour the sauce on top of the peanuts and dough
Let the bars sit in the freezer for a few hours or over night before dipping them in chocolate
Melt the chocolate in a pot together with coconut oil
Cut the bars into pieces and dip them in the chocolate
Let the chocolate harden and then, enjoy
