No-Churn Caramel Coconut Ice-Cream

Ingredients

  • 200g nature’s charm sweetened condensed coconut milk⁣
  • 400ml nature’s charm coconut whipping cream⁣
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
  • 4 tbsp nature’s charm coconut salted caramel sauce⁣
  • extra nature’s charm coconut salted caramel sauce for garnish⁣
  • Line an 8” x 4” loaf tin with parchment paper

Preparation

  1. Add the sweetened condensed coconut milk, coconut whipping cream and vanilla extract to a large bowl and whip on medium strength using an electric whisk for 5 minutes, until it resembles lightly whipped cream.⁣

  2. Spoon in the coconut salted caramel sauce and fold it through the mixture using a spatula.⁣

  3. Transfer the ice-cream mixture to the loaf pan and cover the tin with more parchment paper so that the ice-cream isn’t exposed to the air.⁣

  4. Place in the freezer to set for 6 hours.⁣

  5. Serve with more coconut salted caramel sauce.⁣
