These Pumpkin Cheesecake Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews (creamier if soaked overnight)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup melted @artisanaorganics coconut butter
- 1 tbsp @bulletproof brain octane
- 2 scoops @furtherfood collagen peptides (optional: amazing hair, skin, nail)
- 2 larger chopped dates
- 1 tbsp @sunpotion cordycep (optional: natural energy)
- generous dashes of @traderjoes pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon.
Preparation
Blend all dry ingredients in a food processor ➡️ add wet ingredients and dates ➡️ Roll into balls ➡️ Store in fridge/freezer
