These Pumpkin Cheesecake Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews (creamier if soaked overnight)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup melted @artisanaorganics coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp @bulletproof brain octane
  • 2 scoops @furtherfood collagen peptides (optional: amazing hair, skin, nail)
  • 2 larger chopped dates
  • 1 tbsp @sunpotion cordycep (optional: natural energy)
  • generous dashes of @traderjoes pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon.

Preparation

  1. Blend all dry ingredients in a food processor ➡️ add wet ingredients and dates ➡️ Roll into balls ➡️ Store in fridge/freezer
