Vegan Avocado Herb Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup unsalted plant butter (I used @earthbalance)
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup freshly chopped cilantro
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp herbs and spice sprinkle (I used @bragglivefoodproducts)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour onto baking paper and wrap into a tight log

  3. Place in freezer for 1 hour then fridge for 1 hour if strapped for time, alternatively you can leave in the fridge for 4 hours

  4. Spread onto your favorite bread and enjoy
