7-Ingredient Gluten-Free Vegan Vanilla Pancakes
Ingredients
- 200 ml gluten free oats
- 200 ml rice flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract or powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 ml soy milk or other vegan milk
- 2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the wet ingredients and whisk until combined.
Fry each pancake in a little bit of oil on medium heat, using coconut oil for its high smoke point. Cook for about 2 minutes per side until the sides firm up and the surface is bubbly.
