Cake Batter Cookie Spree
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup 1-1 gluten free baking flour (if your mix doesn’t have xanthum gum, make sure to add 1/2 tsp!)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4-5 tbsp of sprinkles and some white choc chips!
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375)
Combine eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla in a bowl
Add flour, salt, baking soda and stir to combine
Mix in sprinkles & chips if using
Form into balls and place on cookie sheet, they don’t spread out too much
Bake for roughly 10 mins but check often because all ovens are different ?
