Homemade Mango Jam

Ingredients

  • fresh mangoes
  • sugar
  • cardamom
  • water

Preparation

  1. Turn heat down to medium and add 2 cups of chopped mango. - Cook for approximately 5 minutes to soften the mango and then mash with a fork or potato masher

  2. Continue cooking until jam has thickened - Add cardamom and turn off the stove
