Protein cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 swedge (8 oz) fat free cream cheese (could has one higher in fat but that will changes the macros)⁣
  • 2.5 cups 0% plain greek yogurt ⁣
  • 60 grams protein powder
  • 8 stevia packets
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 TB or 46 grams egg whites

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 250

  2. Spray a springform pan with coconut oil

  3. Using an electric mixer, cream together the cream cheese & Greek yogurt on medium speed

  4. Add in protein powder & stevia packets and cream together

  5. Add in 1 egg at a time when you have the mixer going on low, add in another once that’s combined, then slowly add in egg whites while continuing mixing for 5 minutes

  6. Pour into pan & bake for 30 min @250 degrees

  7. Crank heat up to 300 degrees for 45 minutes

  8. Remove from oven, let completely cool & keep refrigerated

  9. Makes 8 slices
