Pb & Berry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • sourdough bread
  • - creamy pb
  • - 1 cup frozen berries I used blackberries but any would be good
  • - 1 tsp chia seeds
  • - 1 tsp coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Microwave berries for 1 minute, they should become mushy and watered down

  2. Smash them with spoon, then add sugar and chia seeds

  3. Mix and microwave for 1 more minute

  4. Toast your bread, add peanut butter and spoon on the jam!
