Amazing Low Carb Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 80 g whey protein natural by @foodspring
  • 15 g baking powder
  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix the whey protein with baking powder and some salt

  2. Combine the butter and quark into a smooth mixture. Pour the cream into your protein mixture. Work it all into a smooth dough. Roll out your dough and brush with olive oil

  3. Top the pizza with whatever you like. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

  4. G carbs, 23g protein, 8g fat
