Amazing Low Carb Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 80 g whey protein natural by @foodspring
- 15 g baking powder
- 125 g low-fat quark
- 50 g soft butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix the whey protein with baking powder and some salt
Combine the butter and quark into a smooth mixture. Pour the cream into your protein mixture. Work it all into a smooth dough. Roll out your dough and brush with olive oil
Top the pizza with whatever you like. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
