Apple Chickpea Crisp
Ingredients
- Apples cored
- peeled and sliced no thicker than 1/4 mixed in coconut (or light brown) sugar
- chickpea flour
- lemon (or orange) juice
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- and salt. Chickpea crisp topping remove chickpea skin and mash with hand-masher then mix in melted butter

Preparation
In a baking dish place the apples then top with the chickpea crisp
Bake at 375 for 30-50 mins till the top is brown
Chickpea Whip take the liquid from the chickpea can, cream of tartar, raw sugar, and vanilla extract mix with mixer till fluffy
