Apple Chickpea Crisp

Ingredients

  • Apples cored
  • peeled and sliced no thicker than 1/4 mixed in coconut (or light brown) sugar
  • chickpea flour
  • lemon (or orange) juice
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • and salt. Chickpea crisp topping remove chickpea skin and mash with hand-masher then mix in melted butter

Preparation

  1. In a baking dish place the apples then top with the chickpea crisp

  2. Bake at 375 for 30-50 mins till the top is brown

  3. Chickpea Whip take the liquid from the chickpea can, cream of tartar, raw sugar, and vanilla extract mix with mixer till fluffy
