Balsamic Tenderloin Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients

  • balsamic vinegar
  • smoked back bacon
  • green beans

Preparation

  1. Marinade a piece of tenderloin in balsamic vinegar for about half an hour (this weighed 600g split between 2 of us). Wrap it in smoked back bacon (I used 8 for this) pour the leftover balsamic over it and wrap in foil

  2. Cook at 180°C for 45 minutes, leave to stand for a few minutes then slice and serve
