Balsamic Tenderloin Wrapped in Bacon
Ingredients
- 600g tenderloin
- balsamic vinegar
- 8 smoked back bacon slices
- green beans
- broad beans
Preparation
Marinate tenderloin in balsamic vinegar for about 30 minutes.
Wrap the tenderloin in smoked back bacon using 8 slices.
Pour the leftover balsamic vinegar over the wrapped tenderloin.
Wrap the entire thing in foil.
Cook at 180°C for 45 minutes.
Let it stand for a few minutes.
Slice and serve with green beans and broad beans.
