Balsamic Tenderloin Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients

  • 600g tenderloin
  • balsamic vinegar
  • 8 smoked back bacon slices
  • green beans
  • broad beans

Preparation

  1. Marinate tenderloin in balsamic vinegar for about 30 minutes.

  2. Wrap the tenderloin in smoked back bacon using 8 slices.

  3. Pour the leftover balsamic vinegar over the wrapped tenderloin.

  4. Wrap the entire thing in foil.

  5. Cook at 180°C for 45 minutes.

  6. Let it stand for a few minutes.

  7. Slice and serve with green beans and broad beans.
