Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas + 1–2 extra if decorating the top
  • 1/2 cup tahini butter
  • 3 flax seeds or chia eggs
  • 3 tablespoons coconut nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4c walnuts
  • coconut oil spray for greasing the skillet
  • flaked sea salt for sprinkling on top

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F combine all the ingredients first wet then dry

  2. Decorate with bananas, nuts you can always add chocolate chips

  3. In the oven for 25-30 minutes
