Berry nice coconut cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup almond milk
- berries to serve
- icing sugar (sprinkled on top)
Preparation
Preheat oven 180 degrees
Grease and line 20cm baking tin with baking paper
Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir until combined
Pour into cake tin and bake for 40 min
Cool in pan first before placing on a wire rack to cool
Add berries and then sprinkle with icing sugar
