Blackberry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200g (7oz) greek yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp xylit
  • 150g blackberries
  • crumble
  • 100g oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp xylit
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 40 ml water

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together for the filling

  2. Cut fruit of choice (except berries) and add them to the mixture

  3. Combine all ingredients for the crust and crumble until you get a crumbly texture

  4. Press 2/3 of the crumbles into a little pie form

  5. Add the filling on top

  6. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbles on top of the filling

  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
