Broccoli & C H E D D a R ? Egg Bites, Making Mornings That Much Better

Ingredients

  • steam 2 cups of broccoli; beat 10 eggs in a bowl
  • mix in 1 cup shredded cheddar {I used @preschoice lactose free old cheddar} + chopped steamed broccoli
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder & chili flakes {optional}; divide mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin & bake for 15 mins at 400; I like to top mine with a touch of sriracha because why not
