Cacao Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almonds, sliced
- 6 tbsp + 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 325 F.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, making sure to coat oats and almonds in maple syrup, almond butter, salt, and cacao evenly. Leave as many or as little big chunks according to your preference ?
Bake for 20-25 min and let cool COMPLETELY so it becomes crunchy!
Serve with almond milk and some pomegranate jewels
