Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas then blend with remaining ingredients except chocolate chips

  2. Stir in chocolate then transfer batter into a lined bread loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes

  3. Allow to cool completely before slicing
