Chocolate Muffin
Ingredients
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100-150 ml plant milk
- dark chocolate
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together (except chocolate)
Transfer the batter to a silicone muffin tins and put a piece of chocolate to each of the muffin
Bake at 360F for 20 minutes
