Diy Coco-Pops Granola
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp peanut b ( @manilife_ pls ?)
- 2 generous tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil (or @olivadouk macadamia oil)
- large pinch of salt
- in a large bowl, stir through with?
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
- 2 cups puffed brown rice / buckwheat
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- pinch sea salt
Preparation
Spread over one large/two lined baking trays for 15-20 mins in a preheated oven at 170* until crunchy & toasty
Be careful it doesn’t burn & add 1 cup coconut flakes for the last 10 minutes, or stir through once cooled if you want I toasted)
