Diy Coco-Pops Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp peanut b ( @manilife_ pls ?)
  • 2 generous tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (or @olivadouk macadamia oil)
  • large pinch of salt
  • in a large bowl, stir through with?
  • 1 cup buckwheat groats
  • 2 cups puffed brown rice / buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • pinch sea salt

Preparation

  1. Spread over one large/two lined baking trays for 15-20 mins in a preheated oven at 170* until crunchy & toasty

  2. Be careful it doesn’t burn & add 1 cup coconut flakes for the last 10 minutes, or stir through once cooled if you want I toasted)
