Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • taco seasoning
  • fish
  • shredded lettuce
  • diced tomats
  • diced red onion
  • black beans
  • corn
  • and some shredded cheese
  • zucchini

Preparation

  1. Seasoned the cod with taco seasoning and then baked it at 400 F for 12 min (until flaky)

  2. Broke the fish apart and add to the taco shells. Topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomats, diced red onion, black beans, corn, and some shredded cheese

  3. Side of oven roasted zucchini for good measure (also at 400 F for 12 min)
