Gf Lemon Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 16 tbs room temp u salted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs room temp
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 cups measure for measure gf flour
- 1 cup milk room temp
- grated rind of two lemons
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 & spray bundt pan. Beat sugar & butter & salt. Add eggs one at a time, mix flour & baking powder. Add alternatively with milk. Stir in grated lemon. Bake for 45-60 minutes
Glaze: 1/2 cup of lemon juice & 3/4 cup sugar
Make glaze in microwave by heating up sugar & lemon for under a minute. Brush onto hot cake
Icing: 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar, 3 tbsp lemon juice
Once cool , make icing by mixing together sugar & lemon juice & pour over cake! Enjoy enjoy enjoy
