Gf Lemon Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 16 tbs room temp u salted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs room temp
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 cups measure for measure gf flour
  • 1 cup milk room temp
  • grated rind of two lemons

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 & spray bundt pan. Beat sugar & butter & salt. Add eggs one at a time, mix flour & baking powder. Add alternatively with milk. Stir in grated lemon. Bake for 45-60 minutes

  2. Glaze: 1/2 cup of lemon juice & 3/4 cup sugar

  3. Make glaze in microwave by heating up sugar & lemon for under a minute. Brush onto hot cake

  4. Icing: 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar, 3 tbsp lemon juice

  5. Once cool , make icing by mixing together sugar & lemon juice & pour over cake! Enjoy enjoy enjoy
