Protein Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- protein cheesecake recipe??
- base:
- 125g crushed biscuits (@nairnsoatcakes)
- 30g light melted butter (@lurpakuk)
- mix together, press into the bottom of an 8” tin and place in freezer)
- filling:
- 1 medium egg
- 30g egg whites
- 200g fat free quark (@sainsburys)
- 130g lightest philadelphia cheese
- 210g 0% fat greek yoghurt (@fage_uk)
- 50g smart whey (@phdnutritionuk)
- per 1/8 cheesecake)
Preparation
Pour filling over base, cover in tin foil (poke a few holes) and put in the oven at 160C for 20-25mins
Let it sit in the fridge overnight before eating
