Protein Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

  • base:
  • 125g crushed biscuits (@nairnsoatcakes)
  • 30g light melted butter (@lurpakuk)
  • mix together, press into the bottom of an 8” tin and place in freezer)
  • filling:
  • 1 medium egg
  • 30g egg whites
  • 200g fat free quark (@sainsburys)
  • 130g lightest philadelphia cheese
  • 210g 0% fat greek yoghurt (@fage_uk)
  • 50g smart whey (@phdnutritionuk)
  • per 1/8 cheesecake)

Preparation

  1. Pour filling over base, cover in tin foil (poke a few holes) and put in the oven at 160C for 20-25mins

  2. Let it sit in the fridge overnight before eating
