Roasted Cauliflower &Tahini
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- cut in small florets
- 3 tbsp of tahini
- 3 tbsp of yogurt
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 lemon
- sea salt
- cumin
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees
In a large bowl combine cauliflower florets,2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp cumin, sea salt
Place on sheet pan and bake for 45 minutes or until cauliflower are crispy
In the meantime prepare the sauce: combine tahini, yogurt, water, lemon and sea salt and whisk until cream
To serve in a large plate add in tahini sauce and place the cauliflower on top of the sauce and garnish with parsley
