Satay Tofu with Sweet Chilli Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chilli
Sweet chilli sauce
- 4 teaspoons of maple syrup
- 4 teaspoons of tamari sauce
- 4 teaspoons of balsamic
- 1 teaspoon of chilli oil
Preparation
In a bowl place the maple syrup, tamari sauce, peanut butter, garlic, parsley and chilli and combine.
Place the tofu and coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
On a tray with parchment paper place the marinated tofu. Bake at 180 for 30 minutes turning the tofu half way.
Serve with a sweet chilli sauce.
