Seed Crackers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 dl pumpkin seeds
  • 1 dl sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 dl chia seeds
  • 1/2 dl flaxseeds
  • 1/2 dl sesame seeds
  • 2,5 dl water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Set the oven on 150 degrees

  2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir

  3. Leave the bowl to set for 15-20 min before pouring the mixture over to a baking trey

  4. Spread the seeds out so the crackers get thin and nice

  5. Bake for about 70 min
