Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups  gf flour we used @bobsredmill but it’s sold out online so try @flourfarm - any type of flour should work for this recipe!
  • 1/2  cup maple syrup
  • 1  tsp  baking soda
  • 1 pasture raised egg (or 1 flax egg)
  • 3/4 cup  grass fed butter or nut butter of your choice
  • 8  joe's o's gluten-free oreo cookies @traderjoes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside

  3. Mix together dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, sea salt

  4. Mix together wet ingredients: maple syrup, melted butter/oil/nut butter, and egg

  5. Combine wet & dry ingredients together

  6. Make sure batter is somewhat thick, add flour if not

  7. Take out your favorite Oreo-ish cookies and add them to the batter

  8. Scoop/shape cookies and spread apart so they are far away from each other

  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Definitely slightly undercook so they can be ooey and gooey
