
Sweet Potato Fries & Hummus

Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes fries sliced and tossed in 1 tsp each of smoked paprika + garlic powder and baked for 25 minutes at 450 F. Served with garlic hummus
- which can be made by blending 1 can of drained + rinsed chickpeas
- 3 tbsp tahini
- the juice of 1 lemon
- 1 large cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt + 1/4 cup of water or olive oil (plus more as needed). Enjoy
