Sweet Potato Fries & Hummus

Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes fries sliced and tossed in 1 tsp each of smoked paprika + garlic powder and baked for 25 minutes at 450 F. Served with garlic hummus
  • which can be made by blending 1 can of drained + rinsed chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 large cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt + 1/4 cup of water or olive oil (plus more as needed). Enjoy
