This Salmon Recipe Sounds Delicious

Ingredients

  • Rimmed Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Bowl
  • Tablespoon
  • Whisk
  • Spoon. Optional: Zester
  • Food Processor or Chopper or Cutting Board & Knife

Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven to 375 F

  2. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush with Olive Oil. Place 4 pieces of Salmon on paper & Lightly season

  3. Place 1-TBSP Lemon Juice, 1-2 TBSP Dijon Mustard in bowl. Optional: 1 TBSP or so Lemon Zest. Optional: Pinch or so of Red Pepper Flakes. Whisk until well combined

  4. Pulse 1/2-C Pistachios in food processor. No processor? No worries - Workout those fabulous arms and coarsely chop ?? 4. Use spoon to spread Lemon Juice-Mustard Sauce on each piece of salmon. Then layer the chopped Pistachios on top

  5. Bake in oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Allow to Cool. Ta-Da - Dinner is served
