Vegan Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower head
- pinch of salt
- 60g oat flour
- 6 tbsp chickpea flour or any other flour
- 1 flaxseed egg (1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp water)
- garlic powder
- pepper
- dry basil
Preparation
Pulse one cauliflower head.
Add a pinch of salt.
Microwave for 8 minutes.
Let it cool.
Press all the liquid out with a nut milk bag or a towel.
Place the cauliflower in a bowl.
Add 60g of oat flour.
Add 6 tbsp of chickpea flour or any other flour of your choice.
Add 1 flaxseed egg (made by mixing 1 tbsp flaxseed with 3 tbsp water).
Add garlic powder, pepper, and dry basil.
Form a dough.
Place the dough in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and add sauce and desired toppings.
