Vegan Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head
  • pinch of salt
  • 60g oat flour
  • 6 tbsp chickpea flour or any other flour
  • 1 flaxseed egg (1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp water)
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
  • dry basil

Preparation

  1. Pulse one cauliflower head.

  2. Add a pinch of salt.

  3. Microwave for 8 minutes.

  4. Let it cool.

  5. Press all the liquid out with a nut milk bag or a towel.

  6. Place the cauliflower in a bowl.

  7. Add 60g of oat flour.

  8. Add 6 tbsp of chickpea flour or any other flour of your choice.

  9. Add 1 flaxseed egg (made by mixing 1 tbsp flaxseed with 3 tbsp water).

  10. Add garlic powder, pepper, and dry basil.

  11. Form a dough.

  12. Place the dough in the oven for 15 minutes.

  13. Remove from oven and add sauce and desired toppings.
