Baked Chicken Thighs for Dinner
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 14 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1/8 cup avocado or olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Preparation
Add the rest of the ingredients to the dish, mix around, then add to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes
Check the internal temp to make sure it’s done
