Baked Chicken Thighs for Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 14 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/8 cup avocado or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Preparation

  1. Add the rest of the ingredients to the dish, mix around, then add to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes

  2. Check the internal temp to make sure it’s done
