  • cauliflower rice + sautéed veggies
  • 2 soft boiled eggs
  • 1/2 avocado

  1. I had leftover cauliflower rice + sautéed veggies that I paired with 2 soft boiled eggs

  2. These meal prep breakfast probably get old but it’s a great way to save money and eat healthy on the go ? Off for a day at the wineries with my girlfriends from college

  3. Eggs boiled for 7 minutes + sautéed mushrooms and zucchini + cauliflower rice (all veggies topped with @primalpalate taco seasoning) + 1/2 avocado
