Thin & Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp creamy almond butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup @bobsredmill paleo flour or almond flour
- 3 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- sprinkle of sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large glass bowl, mix maple, almond butter and oil
Add flour and stir in chocolate chips
Add baking soda, powder and sea salt
Spoon onto a lined baking tray, leaving enough room between cookies to allow them to expand
Bake at 350 for 12-13 minutes
