Cinnamon & Tahini Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 small frozen bananas
  • 1 medjool date
  • 2 dessert spoons of almond yoghurt
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp of tahini

Preparation

  1. Also added a tsp of lucuma powder @indigo_herbs All blended until smooth

  2. Spoon into a bowl with granola, this is a grain free mix we are working on (loving it) a few blueberries & tahini & a sprinkle of cinnamon

  3. Enjoyed with a cup of organic red bush tea @dragonflyteauk
