Ingredients
- 1 small mashed sweet potato
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bone broth or nut milk
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- cinnamon, salt, breakfast blend
- vanilla ghee
Preparation
Direction: pour into rings on coconut oil spray pan, cook on medium heat for 5 min each side
Melt 1/2 tbsp @fourthandheart vanilla ghee on top (optional)
