Ingredients

  • 1 small mashed sweet potato
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bone broth or nut milk
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • cinnamon, salt, breakfast blend
  • vanilla ghee

Preparation

  1. Direction: pour into rings on coconut oil spray pan, cook on medium heat for 5 min each side

  2. Melt 1/2 tbsp @fourthandheart vanilla ghee on top (optional)
