  • Quinoa rice, edamame, cherry tomatoes, spanish onion, radish, qukes, capsicum (aka bell pepper), black beans, radish, peas, hemp seeds, coriander (aka cilantro)
  • ▪️DRESSING: 1/4 c apple cider vinegar, 1/2 c olive oil, 2 tsp dijon mustard, 1/2 clove garlic (minced), s&p to taste
