Ingredients

  • 1- in a pressure cooker I cooked split red lentils in plain water
  • 2- meanwhile I stir fried chopped white onions in ghee
  • 3- added steamed carrots and green beans
  • 4- added the cooked lentils and 1/2 tspn of turmeric powder
  • 5- added coriander
  • 6- whizzed for the baby
  • 7- added fresh green chillies for us
