Apple ? & Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plain flour (I used wholemeal)
  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 apple - grated
  • 1 banana - mashed

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl & mix together with a fork (helps mash the banana)

  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan & pour in the batter (makes 6 approx)

  3. Cook on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes then flip & cook the other side
