Apple ? & Cinnamon Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of plain flour (I used wholemeal)
- 1 cup of plant milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 apple - grated
- 1 banana - mashed
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl & mix together with a fork (helps mash the banana)
Heat a little oil in a frying pan & pour in the batter (makes 6 approx)
Cook on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes then flip & cook the other side
