Antioxidant Red Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup each of frozen cherries, cranberries, raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 raw grated beet
- 2 tbsp @cherryworks tart cherry concentrate
- 1 cup @harmlessharvest coconut water
- 1 cup liquid of choice (we used homemade cashew milk)
- 2 tbsp goji juice (optional)
Toppings
- blood orange
- @edenfoods freeze dried blueberries
- homemade granola
- pepitas
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Pour into bowls and add the toppings
