Antioxidant Red Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup each of frozen cherries, cranberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 raw grated beet
  • 2 tbsp @cherryworks tart cherry concentrate
  • 1 cup @harmlessharvest coconut water
  • 1 cup liquid of choice (we used homemade cashew milk)
  • 2 tbsp goji juice (optional)

Toppings

  • blood orange
  • @edenfoods freeze dried blueberries
  • homemade granola
  • pepitas

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

  2. Pour into bowls and add the toppings
